At Gingerlilly Sleepwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sleepwear isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Gingerlilly tags and luxury packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
